Shine Like a Beacon of Light!
Thank you for visiting our school website.
I would like to offer you a very warm welcome to Garboldisham Church of England Primary Academy. Garboldisham is part of the Beacon Federation, which is also part of St. Benet’s Multi Academy Trust.
At Garboldisham we aim for our children to shine out as a beacon of light into the community and beyond. Within a spirit of kindness, friendship, honesty and forgiveness we aspire for our children to become critical thinkers, sharing their knowledge and gifts to create hope for a brighter future. They will grow and develop wisdom, demonstrating the resilience to learn – from others and their own mistakes. They will leap forward, living life in all of its fullness.
We welcome all families and encourage you to become involved with the school community as we work together to foster, recognise and celebrate the achievements of our children.

Learning + Curriculum
Welcome to Garboldisham Church of England Primary Academy.
We are a small village school, set within the most beautiful building next to the village church. With fewer than 100 children on the roll, we know each child and their family individually. We understand the importance of working in partnership with our families, and strive to be an open and friendly school which is eager to work together to provide the best opportunities for our children.
We offer all the children who join us the high quality learning to which every child should be entitled, coupled with opportunities for their individual talents to be strengthened and their needs nurtured.
We aim for them to thrive on their educational journey and to become good role models within the community and the wider world. Each day we optimistically tackle new challenges and opportunities – aiming, as our school motto says, to ‘shine like a beacon of light’. (Matthew 5.14)
I hope you will find the information on our website helpful. The best way to find out more is to come and look around. Please feel free to make an appointment and we will be delighted to give you a tour.
